Guarantee & Return
- All goods are subject to the warranty terms laid down by the manufacturer. A 12-month warranty is applied to mechanical parts (mechanisms etc.) and coating.
- In the event of any
doubts regarding the quality of goods, please immediately contact by email labas@impekahome.lt or come to
the headquarters of UAB IMPEKA at the address Gamyklos g. 34, Mažeikiai.
- If it is found that the goods have been damaged mechanically or chemically, that they have been incorrectly assembled, or that the manufacturer’s recommendations have not been followed, claims concerning the quality of the goods shall not be accepted.
- The purchaser has
the right to return the goods to the seller within 30 days of the purchase. The
returned goods must be in their original packaging and their original
condition.
- In the event of
the return of defective goods, UAB IMPEKA undertakes to replace them or to
reimburse the purchaser within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Before
returning the goods, the customer must provide the following information by
e-mail to hello@impekahome.com: order or
invoice number, and code of the item being returned.
In cases when non-defective goods are
returned, they must be accompanied by a filled Return of Goods Form (presented
above).
- The returned goods must be delivered to the following address: Gamyklos g. 34, LT-89104, Mažeikiai, Lithuania. Tel.: +37067167274. The delivery costs shall be covered by the Purchaser. In cases when defective goods are returned, the delivery costs shall be covered by UAB IMPEKA.
